1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), icolorpro will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., changed your mind, ordered wrong color), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
