Installation Notes

  1. Turn off the printer before installation or replacement.
  2. Align the sensor slot with the encoder strip; maintain a 0.3–0.6mm gap.
  3. Ensure the strip surface is clean and free of dust or ink stains.
  4. After installation, move the carriage to test smooth decoding performance.

Note: The H9740 (1631) provides reliable decoding performance for FY-3200AT printers. Choose the proper cable length according to your printer’s internal layout.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
