xThe Konica Minolta KM1024i MAE-C printhead is a high-speed industrial piezo inkjet printhead designed for aqueous (water-based) ink applications. Featuring 1,024 nozzles in a 4-row × 256 configuration, it offers a native resolution of 360 dpi and supports grayscale printing with variable drop sizes ranging from 6 to 14 picoliters. This enables smooth gradients, sharp text, and precise color control for high-resolution output.
Part of the improved “i” series, the MAE-C model delivers up to twice the speed of the original KM1024 thanks to its increased firing frequency of up to 45 kHz. It is optimized for water-based pigment or dye inks, making it ideal for textile printing, commercial packaging, and specialty aqueous ink applications.
The printhead’s compact size, low energy consumption, and MEMS-based design make it suitable for high-speed scanning or single-pass printing systems that demand stable and consistent performance with aqueous inks.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
