High-Stability Ink Supply System

Equipped with a high-flow internal circulation structure, the CF3R ensures continuous ink flow across the nozzle plate, effectively preventing pigment sedimentation and clogging. This reduces cleaning frequency and extends printhead lifespan. Its water-cooling module combined with a built-in temperature sensor enables closed-loop temperature control, ensuring stable jetting performance even under long-term, high-load operations.

High-Speed and Precise Jetting Performance

Supports a maximum jetting frequency of 9.2 kHz, with ink droplet velocity reaching 10 m/s and a landing accuracy error of just 1.3 mrad. The nozzles support a droplet range of 3–20 pl with 6-level grayscale control, meeting the requirements for high-resolution images, fine art printing, and other premium outputs.

Refined Mechanical Design and Waveform Fine-Tuning

Manufactured with high-precision micro-machining, the printhead ensures more accurate stitching, significantly reducing issues such as banding, misalignment, and density variations.
